Emil and I will be in Brooklyn tonight at The Royale in Park Slope. We are djing and celebrating Jess’(Jubilee) birthday. It’s free and you can find that bitch if you have half a clue and the internet, so come(10-???).
I made a mix of Biggie’s “Big Poppa” acapella over the “Buy U A Drank” beat w/ the hook. “Buy U a Drank” is old as shit but I went ahead and hooked this up for a few reasons.
1. Jess is from Florida(so is T-Pain).
2. Jess lives in Brooklyn(obvious).
3. This summer has been dry as shit for hip-hop bangers so I don’t feel bad playing this through September.
4. It sounds hot as shit and you know damn well I’m playing a Biggie set tomorrow.
