Frank Ocean – Acura Integurl (Emynd Remix ft Juicy J & Koopsta Knicca) by Emynd

Added some 808s, a thick bassline, and some complimentary strings to give this some low end to ride out to with the windows down in your whip this summer. Also added Juicy J and Koopsta. I love how this turned out. Just a simple re-contextualization on the original piano version of “Acura Integurl”. I had a heated IM conversation with a friend who accused me of insensitively trying to “FIX” Frank Ocean’s song or something which is not the case. The original song is completely dope as it is. I just wanted to add some boooooooooooooooooom. Hope y’all enjoy it as much as I do!

Not to be confused with Lupe Fiasco’s Production Company, Crossfaded Bacon is proud to present the triumphant return of the 1st & 15th Mix Series (now entitled the 1st & 15th Mixcast!) tomorrow March 1st with DJ Last Word’s fantastic new-rap-&-original-samples mixtape Somewhere Between Fast Food and Vegan Volume 2 (snippets of which can be heard here and here).

To prep for the mixtape and the return of the series, we’ve gone ahead and uploaded all 22 previous installments of the Mix Series on our Mixcloud page where you can stream each of the mixes in all their glory. The OG of this song had a horribly unmixable intro that really robbed the song of all its energy whenever I tried to drop it in the club. Hooked up a mixable intro for the DJs. Such a dope song. Too bad I can’t edit out Diddy’s yelling.
