“The Most High EP” is Emynd’s newest release of original material that once again showcases his signature production style that infuses a Baltimore Club backbone with a lush variety of other influences and production techniques while still remaining true to the gritty sound Club music is known for. This time around, Emynd recruits Kingston’s deep-voiced herbalist Roundhead for the vocals, producing an affecting piano-driven anthem for Roundhead to do what he does best: proclaim his unconditional love for God’s green earth. With wildly different remixes by recent Crossfaded Bacon signings Minneapolis’s Mike 2600 and German dancehall-meets-dance-music specialists So Shifty (both preparing EPs of their own for release on CFB before the end of 2009) as well as remixes from Helsinki’s Top Billin crew and tri-state dancehall kings Kenny Meez and Max Glazer of Federation Sound, the diversity on this release is unimaginably vast in characteristic CFB fashion.

Additionally, the EP is rounded out with two more original Emynd productions: his soulful House-meets-Club anthem We Gon Make It and a driving new Club hit aptly titled Dont Stop. Already receiving support from a variety of DJs ranging from Diplo, Sinden, Jokers of the Scene, and Nadastrom, Emynd’s “The Most High EP” is another fine release from Crossfaded Bacon that further exemplifies CFB’s commitment to ignoring genre constraints in an effort to release “timeless and never trendy” music.
